Disassembly of various components: remove the dripper cone, suction tube piston and spring, and remove the filter if equipped with a filter.

Immersion disinfection disassembled parts: put the dripper cone, dripper ejector, dripper ejector ferrule and suction tube piston, O-ring and spring into the beaker containing Biohit Proline biological disinfectant, soak At least 30 minutes.

Dry the disassembled parts: Take the dripper cone, dripper ejector ferrule and suction tube piston from the beaker, rinse it with distilled water repeatedly, and then dry, preferably with hot air, at least for more than 1 hour.

Maintenance and installation of various components:

Reapply lubricant to the piston of the suction cylinder according to the requirements in the operation manual, check other parts and replace consumable parts, such as replacing a new filter. Follow the reverse steps to reassemble the electronic pipette.

Note: After the cleaning and biological disinfection of the electronic pipette is completed as usual, pay attention to check the possible wear of the O-ring. Perform the inspection at least every six times. If necessary, it must be replaced. After the replacement, The electronic pipette must be calibrated.
