Novacel, France Introduces Novacel 9042 Protective Film

A few days ago, Novacel of France introduced the Novacel 9042 protective film to the market. The protective film can be molded at room temperature and produced by a co-extrusion blown film process. This product is mainly used to protect pre-painted sandwich panels.

Novacel9042 protective film can be molded at room temperature. The appearance of simulated silk satin fabric can make the appearance of sandwich panel more beautiful. The protective film is 33μm thick, transparent and colorless, and is produced by a co-extrusion blown film process. This protective film uses a polyolefin-based innovative substrate that is more mechanically stronger than a conventional 50-μm-thick low-density polyethylene film. Novacel9042 protective film is UV-resistant and can be stored outside for up to three months. Moreover, the maximum width of this protective film can reach 2.8 meters and its length is 3000 meters, which enables customers to reduce the frequency of replacement of protective film coils in production and increase production efficiency.
