4. Development: The PS plate after development will be placed flat in the development tank, so that the developer is fully moistened with it. It is very difficult for people with inconsistent or different methods. Some manufacturers use developer powder without heating water to dissolve, resulting in insufficient powder dissolution and easy to stay on the surface of the PS plate, causing damage to the photosensitive film of the PS plate. However, it is often that the medicine strength in winter is not enough to gradually increase the concentration, and in summer, it is ignored that the medicine is not used according to the formula concentration, so there are many problems. Generally, the development temperature of the PS version is 23 ± 2 ℃, so the indoor environment is about 0-25 ℃. If there is no such condition, it is recommended that manufacturers prepare hot water in the winter and put it next to the developing machine or the developing tank. You can add a little hot water at any time, and then observe the temperature fluctuation range. In summer, you can get some ice or gradually add cold water to observe the temperature change, so as to achieve the best development effect.

5. Development time: the tolerance of the development time provided by the general PS plate factory is relatively large, generally 20 seconds to 1 minute, the problem is that the amount of development time must be based on understanding the concentration and temperature of the developer, so that the development time is tolerant Degree can make up for the non-standard of the above two. As we all know, if the concentration of the developer is appropriate and the temperature is high, the development time should be reduced, and other changes are the same. In short. 8. Baking version: The baking version should be operated strictly according to the recommended temperature and time. When baking plate, high-quality baking glue should be selected, and the baking plate temperature should be 220-240 ℃. The baking time is about 5-10 minutes.

9. Storage and unsealing: Light and heat easily cause chemical changes to the coating. The recommended storage conditions are 10-30 ℃ and relative humidity no more than 60%.
