The fully degradable surface water repellent uses cellulose as a main material and ethanol as a solvent. This new packaging material is waterproof, heat sealable and cold-adhesive. Has the following characteristics:

1. The waterproof and fresh-keeping performance of this material is equivalent to aluminum-plastic composite material, and it has the advantages of cold-sticking, heat-sealing, and convenient use; however, the price is only 60% of that of aluminum-plastic composite materials; the environmental protection product is better than non-environmental protection The low price of the product is conducive to the promotion and popularization of environmental protection products, which is a major breakthrough in the field of new materials technology;

2. This material has been tested by the Guangzhou Industrial Microbiological Testing Center. After 28 days of degradation tests, the mold grade is grade V, which means that macroscopic growth accounts for approximately 100% of the total area of ​​the sample, in line with GB/18006.2-1999 one-time degradable properties. standard. That is, it can be completely biodegradable, but also waterproof and moisture-proof, it is a truly safe green packaging material;

3. The material was inspected by the Guangdong Provincial Center for Disease Control and Prevention, and the surface coating used was of non-toxic substance, which complied with the GB15193.3-1994 “Toxicity Assessment Procedure and Method for Food Safety” standard; Ethanol is used as a solvent, and there is no residual harmful substances after volatilization, which ensures food safety in the packaging contents;

4. The composite material can be directly and automatically heat-sealed at 120 degrees, which is convenient and efficient when packaging foods.

5. The waterproof agent in this project has good fluidity and good cooperation with the surface of the paper. No special equipment is required for compounding.

6. The product of this project is cheap, the price per ton is only 60% of that of aluminum-plastic composite materials, and the waterproof and preservation performance is not inferior to aluminum foil; and it can be heat-sealed, cold-glued, easy to use, and its performance is better than that of aluminum-plastic composite materials. .
