The invention relates to a polypropylene infusion bottle bottle cap, which is mainly composed of a polypropylene (PP) resin, a polyethylene (PE) resin and a thermoplastic elastomer. The thermoplastic elastomer includes a polyolefin elastomer (POE) and a KN resin. Each 100 parts of PP resin in the formulation contains 30-60 parts of PE resin, 15-40 parts of POE, and 5-30 parts of KN resin. The PP resin used as the main plastic can ensure good weldability between the bottle cap and the polypropylene bottle body. Polyolefin elastomer (POE) can reduce the hardness and tensile strength of PP resin; KN resin improves its processing flow. The invention has reasonable formula, simple process and stable performance, and can be mass-produced in a purification workshop.
