Screen Printing Hot Stamping Process

This hot stamping method can be compared with the past zinc, copper plated hot stamping method. Zinc and copper plate hot stamping method is more expensive than screen printing hot stamping method, and the system hot stamping plate has a long cycle. Process flow: pattern negative film → screen printing plate → hot stamping paste → hot stamping → finished product

1. Pattern negative film production. Use the computer to eject the desired pattern and text, using laser printer output

2. Stencil version. Use 100-200 mesh polyester screen and water-oil photosensitive plastic plate making, according to different hot stamping materials, choose different hot stamping glue. The hot stamping glue has water-based and oily points, and the water-based hot stamping glue is suitable for hot stamping of paper and cloth materials. Oily hot stamping adhesive is suitable for non-paper and cloth hot stamping. In order to make the stamping firm, non-paper, cloth material hot stamping must use oily hot stamping glue. 3. Printing hot stamping glue, according to different hot stamping materials, choose different hot stamping glues, after selecting the hot stamping glue, the printing pattern needs hot stamping pattern to be dry stamping. The pattern is clear when printing.

4. Hot stamping. Put the required size of anodized aluminum on the hot stamping material, and then hot stamping. Note that the temperature is controlled at 60°C during hot stamping. After a few seconds of hot stamping, the cold aluminum foil was slowly torn off after the cooling to remove the excess aluminum on the hot stamping material.
