Cold pack carton packaging

Nowadays, there has been a cold-insulated carton pack that can exist in the cold state in the absence of a freezer or a cooler. This is a carton packaging product developed by Graphic Packaging Inc. called Ice Park. When people go out, they add ice cubes first. The beverages in the carton are taken out in a cold state and taken out for walking. They drink while walking. Because the inner surface of the carton is covered with a barrier film and a special link plate force plate and gusset fold layer are designed, even if the ice block melts, it will not leak water. Coors Light Beer uses bottle packaging, but also uses cans, bags and other packaging containers.

The reverse printing was performed on the inner surface of the thin and transparent soft plastic film, followed by vacuum evaporation and then extrusion and stacking on the cardboard. In addition to imparting barrier properties to the packaging material, this process has the advantage of stacking the plastic film on the paperboard to improve durability, and the printing pattern is located in the inner layer of the film and is therefore resistant to friction and damage.
