Site-directed mutation refers to the introduction of desired changes into target DNA fragments by PCR and other methods, including base addition, deletion, point mutation, etc. Site-directed mutation can rapidly and efficiently improve the traits and characterization of the target protein expressed in DNA, and is a very useful method in genetic research.

Service content According to the mutation requirements of the customer, single or multiple bases in the mutant template plasmid, to retain the integrity of the original sequence of the customer.

Service Description Customer provides information:
The size and resistance of the plasmids and related vectors that need to be mutated.
Gene original sequence (customer's original sequence must provide a sequencing color map) and mutation target sequence; can not provide sequence plus sequencing verification fee 45 yuan / reaction, 30 yuan / sequencing primer.
Digestion sites at both ends of the gene.

We submit the results:
A lyophilized sequencing plasmid, puncture bacteria, sequencing results, and comparison results are provided upon delivery.
