The Haidian Financial Services Office issued the Haidian District Promoting Enterprise Listing Support Measures. The measures pointed out that the Haidian District Joint Enterprise Promotion Conference (hereinafter referred to as the Joint Conference) is responsible for coordinating the promotion of enterprises in the entire region and promoting the flattening of enterprise listing approvals. The joint meeting assumes the responsibilities of identifying and promulgating the list of enterprises in the incubation period, studying and solving the problems left over by the history of the proposed listed company, and coordinating the approval of the relevant departments of the zone involved in the listing of the company according to law.
The measures also propose that special funds for promoting the listing of enterprises be used for listing and planned listing in Haidian District. Enterprises that have entered the list of enterprises in the cultivation period can enjoy listing subsidies for three consecutive years. The annual subsidies are RMB 400,000 and the total amount is RMB 1.2 million. If an enterprise completes its listing within three years of being listed, it may apply for one-time partial subsidies. At the same time, enterprises in the counseling period can enjoy a one-time subsidy of RMB 500,000.
