The impact of the feeder feed section. At present, the continuous paper feeding method is widely used at home and abroad. Most of Feida's power is controlled by electromagnetic clutches and driven by chains. The power-driven air distribution valve distributes vacuum in different logical time periods, so as to realize the vacuum release of the paper separation nozzle and the paper delivery nozzle. After the separator valve is used for a period of time, the logic time error of the separator will be caused by dust, wear and other factors, which will affect the accuracy of the paper feed. Therefore, after using it for a period of time, it should be removed and cleaned and maintained with alcohol. Now the automatic die cutting machine has a good paper detection, if the paper has a large error, the detection device will automatically alarm and stop. But for some packaging products with particularly high accuracy requirements, this is also a factor influencing the repeat error. In addition, the chain transmission error of the paper conveying part and the mechanical wear of the cam will cause repetitive errors. These errors are generally not large, but they are not easy to find. Thereby affecting the die cutting accuracy and production efficiency.

The impact of previous regulations. At present, the front-end inspection of die-cutting machines produced in China generally adopts electronic eye detection. The electronic eye passes the detected signal to the PLC through the amplifier and sends out the execution command after the PLC data processing. Four electronic eyes are installed in the front regulation, and two are generally used at the same time according to different paper specifications. The front regulation detection is a precautionary detection of paper error. If the front regulation detection fails, it will lead to production waste. The front gauge inspection should often be cleaned with a dry cloth dipped in alcohol. When replacing the front gauge electric eye, a feeler gauge of 0.1mm-0.2mm is generally used to test the installation and unemployment to ensure that the installation position can be effectively tested.

The effect of positioning blocks before and after. The front and rear positioning blocks determine the amount of gripping paper and the positioning of the paper. The front and rear positioning blocks, which play a role in positioning the grippers, should have good strength and stability to ensure that each set of teeth is positioned at the same front and rear positioning point. Some of the front and rear positioning blocks are made of nylon, and some are made of steel. The action mechanism of fine-adjusting the positioning block can realize the clearance adjustment of the gripper row, so as to ensure the repeat accuracy of the die cutting of the product. After the machine has been running for a period of time, the chains and tooth rows will produce deformed plates. Adjusting the tooth row clearance through the positioning block is also an important means to compensate for the errors caused by the deformation. Many manufacturers have designed an adjustment mechanism on the tooth row. By adjusting the positioning position of the single tooth row and the positioning block, the size of the paper bite is changed to achieve the adjustment of the accuracy of the single tooth row. It is convenient for everyone to use, but at the same time, there is one more point that affects the accuracy of die cutting.

The effect of lateral positioning of teeth. The tooth row side positioning mechanism generally adopts one side for fixed positioning and one side for movable positioning. In order to improve the side accuracy, the fixed positioning side of the row is close to the fixed side positioning plate, so that there is no gap under the action of the movable side positioning compression spring. If the pressure of the movable positioning spring is insufficient or the fixed positioning plate is worn, and other factors make the row of teeth close to the fixed side positioning plate and there is a gap between the positioning plate, it will cause lateral precision. , Or bronzing products with sleeves, this is a common precision problem. If this problem occurs, the positioning device on the dental row or the dental row is generally replaced. The most convenient way in actual production is through a single dental row The correction of the side fixes the accuracy of the side positioning.
