The drive of the self-adhesive printing machine is divided into two parts: the paper-pulling drive (servo control) and the printing paper up and down movement (inverter + cam control); the printing paper continues to run according to the set frequency, and touches the top during the upward movement of the paper After the printing template is completed, the printing is completed, and a signal is output through the proximity switch to the servo controller to control the servo motor to run a certain distance in preparation for the next printing.

Principle of electrical control: HMI + PLC + SERVO The user sets the parameters via HMI and transfers them to the servo controller via PLC Modbus communication.

All functions and parameters of this printer are set and changed through the man-machine interface

a) Manual paper pulling function

Implementation method: In this state, an internal relay (% m58) is used to disconnect the automatic operation signal (% Q0.7) output from the PLC to the servo, and the servo controller is given a manual forward signal (Terminal: 19)

b) Pull paper parameter setting page

* Operation method description:

Press the up, down and right keys on this page to move the cursor to the data to be modified, press the ENTER key to enter the data to change the state, use the right key to move the cursor

Go to the bit to be changed, use the up / down keys to change the value, press the ENTER key twice to complete the change after the desired data, and finally press the ALARM key to save the parameters.

* Paper length setting: 0-99999 unit is 0.01mm, for example 22222 stands for 222.22mm
Fine adjustment: the unit is 1 pulse (the smallest unit of motor rotation) + is to increase,-is to reduce one pulse is about 0.005mm
Actual: displays the actual number of pulses input to the drive

* Paper pulling speed: set the motor speed in rpm

* Realization method: Since the unit set on the man-machine interface is mm, and the unit inside the servo controller is Pulse, mm must be converted to Pulse,

Pulse: = 16384 (Resolution) * 10 (Gear ration) /3.1415926 (∏pai) / 150 (Diameter)
All conversions are realized within the PLC, and the speed unit is RPM (revolutions per minute), which is directly transmitted to the servo controller.

* After the setting is completed, the two parameters are transferred from the PLC to the Position and Speed ​​data areas in the servo controller's Dataset via the Modbus bus via the rising and falling edges of ENTER. For the specific PLC implementation method, please refer to the notes in the PLC program.

* Count of printed sheets (% MD130: readable and writable): The number of printed sheets in the counting state can be modified as needed. The modification method is the same as above.
Implementation method: When the printing machine finishes printing once, and the system user chooses to be in the counting state, the proximity switch (% I0.0) gives a signal to the counter in the PLC plus 1.

* Set the number of printed sheets (% MD126): set the predetermined number of printed sheets. When the number of printed sheets is greater than or equal to the set value, the device automatically stops.
Implementation method: When the system is in the counting state, the current printing technology value (% MD130) will be compared with the set value (% MD126). If the current printing quantity reaches the predetermined quantity, the PLC outputs a signal (% Q0.3) to make The system stops. All functions are realized by PLC. * Total: the total number of printed sheets including the count when the equipment is in non-printing state.

* Use the ALARM key on the panel to switch whether the device is in the counting state (% M31)

* One / two-degree printing conversion When the color type required for printing is greater than the maximum color type that the device can print at one time, the printed object will be printed for the second time, this time for the second-degree printing, and the first time for the first-degree printing. If the first printing is not good, the second printing will be worse.

* Secondary printing realization method:
During the first-degree printing, a color mark is marked on the printed object as a reference for the position of the second-degree printing. * When the system status is switched from one-degree printing to two-degree printing, the servo motor first runs the PTP command at this distance, and determines the position of the next PTP by calculating the position between each color mark to eliminate the cumulative error.

* Use the ALARM key on the panel to switch the first / second printing status (% M33%). In the second printing, the electric eye will be powered on automatically (% Q0.5).

* In the second printing mode, please execute the manual operation of the printer to trigger the servo motor to automatically find the color mark. If the motor does not find the color mark signal within 3 seconds, it will automatically stop.

* Acceleration and deceleration settings page

When the user's printing times (% MD148) reaches the number preset by the PLC (10000000), an internal bit (% M65) will be output, and the page will be displayed, asking the customer to enter "9999" in the page, and the device will stop running. After the user enters the correct data, the device will automatically run again. The user must enter the correct password to write data.

Others: After turning on the power switch, the seven-segment display code on the servo drive will be displayed as 4. After starting the inverter of the printing press, the servo drive will enter the enabled state (with current injected into the motor), and the seven-segment display code on the servo drive will be displayed as 6. . After the camshaft sensor receives the signal, the servo motor will perform the corresponding action.
