Last year, the health and safety issues concerning the bottle necks of short-necked plastic bottle bottles once aroused heated debates. Indeed, the health problems of the bacteria on the inside of the plastic bottle caps and the bottle mouths were encountered by some friends in daily life. Once passed, this food safety issue concerns us all.
It is undeniable that in the heat of last year, both the beverage factory and the relevant departments have reflected on the health and safety issues of beverage bottle caps, but they have not been improved. We found that the bottle caps on the market are still the same as before and have not changed much. So what is the solution to this problem? We think there are two ideas. One idea is to increase the sealing film and apply a sealing film to the beverage bottle to stop the bacteria from attacking the beverage. At the same time, the increased form of the sealing film will not increase the cost for the beverage manufacturers. The only inconvenience is that the consumer uses a step of tearing the sealing film. Another idea is to increase the length of the short drink bottle cap, which can also effectively reduce the chance of bacteria entering the drink bottle mouth.
In short, we hope that manufacturers can accelerate the improvement of beverage bottle packaging form from the perspective of safety.
