Tip: The head piece can be cleaned after the thermal head piece is completely rubbed, otherwise the head piece may be broken due to uneven heating of the head piece.
1. Make sure that the power has been turned off before cleaning the thermal head, and that the power cable and the connection to the supermarket cash register communication cable have been unplugged.
2. Remove the movable cover of the printer, lift the lifting lever of the machine head, and take out the paper.
3. Wet a little wine with a clean cotton ball and gently apply the surface of the heating element on the head. Don't use sandpaper, blades or hard objects to scrape the print head! Otherwise, the thermal head will be affected. Permanently damaged and unrepairable.
4. After cleaning the head piece, after the wine on the head piece is completely dry, re-energize and do the self-test to observe the effect after cleaning.
5. If the printed writing is still unclear after cleaning, please contact the sales company after-sales department for repair.
For the first time cleaning, consult relevant professionals to avoid damage to the printer head and extend the service life. Disassemble is risky, it is not recommended to disassemble the machine! It is best to ask a professional to clean it!
