I. Introduction
In the control system of the HYT-1040H optical lens oven produced by Xiamen Huayitong Ultrasonic Equipment Co., Ltd., previously imported foreign instruments were used, and the price was relatively high. For domestic instruments, AI instruments produced by Yudian were selected as alternative instruments.
2. System requirements
1. Control temperature accuracy requires ± 1 ℃;
2. When the temperature is lower than a certain value A, the power of the two thermal cycle systems is fully on, and when it is higher than this value A, the output is adjusted according to the temperature, and the value A can be set;
3. It has an upper deviation alarm output;
4. The heating system adopts PID control;
5. When the temperature is 50 ～ 200 ℃, the transmission output is 4 ～ 9mA
3. System Structure
According to the system requirements, we chose AI-808AX4XL2L2 as the main temperature controller. The block diagram of the system structure is shown below:
Use the main output of the AI-808 meter as the control signal of the AIJK6 to control the heating output; the auxiliary output is the transmission output, which is used as the control signal of the inverter 1; the analog output of the inverter 1 is used as the control signal of the inverter 2, so Inverter 2 works with inverter 1.
4. Instrument selection and function
Based on AI-708 regulator, AI-808 regulator also has manual / automatic disturbance-free switching operation function, manual auto-tuning and display output value, and proportional output used as servo amplifier to directly control valve position. In this system, the AI-808 instrument is used to detect the temperature of the air conditioning unit and the forward and reverse control of the servo motor. The specific model is AI-808AX4XL2L2. The specific module functions are as follows:
X photoelectrically isolated linear current output module;
X4 photoelectric isolated linear current output module, and does not occupy the internal power supply of the instrument;
L2 relay contact switch (varistor absorption) output module.
AIJK6 is an intelligent three-phase phase-shifting trigger and cycle zero-crossing dual-use trigger that uses single-chip technology. It has powerful functions and high reliability. It can adapt to various resistance wires, silicon carbon rods and load-transformed silicon molybdenum rods, Various industrial electric furnaces such as tungsten wire can also be used to control the soft start of the motor. 0 ～ 20mA (0 ～ 5V) / 4 ～ 20mA (1 ～ 5V) signal compatible input;
When the load is resistive, its output power is proportional to the input signal;
With missing phase detection, overcurrent detection and alarm functions;
Automatic synchronization function, no need to phase sequence when connecting SCR trigger line;
The use of full-light point isolation and "burn-out" technology, the reliability is very high, causing little interference to the input terminal;
Switching power supply is included, which can be directly powered by 220VAC power supply, and has two sets of DC power supply output of 5V and 24V.
V. Parameter setting
1. AI-808 instrument parameter setting:
According to specific requirements, the main parameters of the AI-808 instrument are set as follows:
HIAL120 (value A) uses the upper limit alarm output to control the switching of the inverter speed reference, using the inverter's multi-function input to complete
DHAL5 system requires positive deviation alarm within 5 degrees;
Ctrl1 adopts AI artificial intelligence adjustment;
Thermocouple with Sn0 input as K division;
Enter the lower limit display value of DIL50, and send the temperature value corresponding to the lower limit output here;
DIH650 input upper limit display value, here do the temperature value corresponding to the output upper limit;
OP144 ～ 20mA linear current output;
ALP1 upper limit alarm is output by AL2, positive deviation alarm is output by AL1;
Run2 automatically adjusts the state and prohibits manual operation;
2. Settings of ALJK6
The setting of AIJK6 is set by a 6-position DIP switch:
The first digit is used to select the input signal specification. OFF indicates that the input is 0-20mA or 0-5V, and ON indicates that the input signal is 4-20mA or 1-5V. The voltage or current input is selected with a jumper. The input signal is 4 ~ 20mA, so set the first bit to the ON state;
The second wiring method is selected. It has been set correctly before leaving the factory. No modification is required. AIJK6 should be in the ON state;
The third digit is used to select the phase-shifting / zero-crossing trigger mode, OFF means the phase-shifting trigger, the system uses the phase-shifting trigger;
The fourth digit is used for phase failure alarm. Here, it is set to OFF, indicating that as long as any phase of the phase is missing or the thyristor is broken, it will alarm;
The fifth bit is used to select the IN2 function as current feedback or adjust the soft start / soft stop delay time. The system is used to adjust the soft start / soft stop delay time, set to OFF
The sixth digit is for special functions, set to OFF
There are also two jumpers on the AIJK6 circuit board to select whether the main inputs IN1 and IN2 are current input or current input, here set to current input.
6. Conclusion
After the instrument parameters are set, perform PID auto-tuning. After the auto-tuning is completed, observe that the control effect is good enough to achieve the control effect of the imported meter.
