Xuzhou launches new papermaking blanket

Recently, two new types of products, "Safterhaad Composite High Performance BOM Paper Blanket" and "Flocking Dry Wire Mesh" developed and produced by Xuzhou Industrial Co., Ltd., were introduced to the market at the same time. Among the two new products developed and produced in the near future, Safthart's composite high-performance BOM papermaking blanket is composed of a bottom mesh layer and a fiber layer. The bottom mesh layer adopts a double-layered fabric structure and is made of fine and soft nylon. The filaments were used as upper warp yarns, and coarse and stiff nylon brown yarns were selected as the lower warp yarns, and the heavy, loom weaving resulted in a smooth, stiff, elastic base fabric. The fibrous layer of the blanket is mainly composed of nylon staple fibers of different thicknesses. After needle punching, the styling treatment forms a smooth and elastic surface layer. The upper soft base fabric forms a light-backed, moisture-resisting base fabric layer, and the lower base fabric layer has a good elasticity, a large porosity, and a stiff base fabric layer, and the surface is covered with fibers of different thicknesses. This product has the characteristics of good water filtration, fine carpet surface, light carpet marks, early adaptability, non-wetting of paper sheet in the pressure area, little water content in the blanket, high line pressure resistance, dimensional stability, etc. It is the BOB blanket and BOM. The advantages of blankets are integrated into one new product. Mainly used in rotary screen, long net, high-speed net, high-speed oblique net and other paper machines for press blankets, suitable for making high-grade living paper, high-end tissue paper, high-grade specialty paper, high-grade cultural paper and other paper species.

Flocking dry net is based on spiral dry net or flat weaving dry net, using different denier polyamide staple fibers and a certain percentage of polyester staple fiber laying layered by acupuncture, flocking and pressure forming. The product has the characteristics of flat surface, light carpet, high air permeability, abrasion resistance, high breaking strength, dimensional stability, high temperature resistance, anti-aging, etc. It is a new type product integrating the advantages of BOB dry blanket and dry net. It is mainly used in the drying department of long-web, rotary-mesh and multi-stack paper machines to set off and dry paper sheets. It is especially suitable for the use of dryers in the first and second groups of multi-cylinder paper machines. Suitable for the production of high-end tissue paper, high-grade specialty paper, high-grade cultural paper, high-grade industrial technology paper and other paper species.
