Mechatronica launches KOMBIS 5503 model

Mechatronica's KOMBIS 5503 model is an automatic production line dedicated to the production of composite pipes. Its production capacity is 55 pipes per minute and is suitable for customers with a monthly output of 2 million pipes. This production line adopts a modular structure, which is easy to adjust and maintain, and has strong adaptability. It is particularly suitable for adjusting frequent small batch production of pipes. In terms of function, the principle of the KOMBIS 5503 model is to weld the cylinder of the tube to the preformed shoulder. The aluminum foil used must first be printed with the special markings specified in the design. This automatic production line can be connected to other areas of the computer network, remote monitoring and control through the Internet. All modules are driven independently. The machine uses high frequency crystal pulse generator for double seam welding.
