Brief

The application of Kingview Software on the product packaging line. Product packaging line is mainly used in food, pharmaceutical, sanitary supplies manufacturing and other industries. The Kingview is now used for the simple implementation of such projects.

System composition and related production processes

Software is Kingview Universal Software. This system is relatively small and the production process is not too complicated. The main monitoring screen of the system is shown in the following figure:

The production process of the project is as follows:

1 Select the existing product type or manual input product type and related information from the recipe.

2 Enter the production test status and verify that the spray code is correct to confirm that the production line can be put into normal production.
3 If the production test passes, the production line can be placed in automatic or manual mode, depending on the operator's choice.

4 Put the production line in the automatic mode. The Kingview will check the correct bar code content of the barcode reader into the database for the operator to query, modify, print and other operations. At the same time, labels can be printed in real time After a barcode error occurs, the product is removed from the production line and the product information will not be entered into the database.

5 After the barcode information in the database has 100 boxes of product information, export the data in the database to a *.xls file for storage.

6 The production line can be suspended during the production process, and the unprinted bar code information and the bar code information in the database can be modified in real time.

7 On-line monitoring of faulty equipment on the production line to help maintenance personnel identify and locate the fault.
8 When the production line is stopped, batch operations must be performed to process the existing products on the production line and some data should be stored and processed.

Note: The manual control of the production line is mainly for the production of products without bar code information verification on this production line.

Using the powerful configuration function of Kingview Software, the above functions are very simply implemented.

System functions and features:

The above product packaging process is relatively simple, so the hardware configuration is relatively simple. However, for the more complex packaging process, the above hardware configuration obviously cannot complete the production requirements.
